Terms and Conditions of Making an Online Submission to Agents Of Change Publishing

Eligibility
Submissions are open to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada. Parental consent is required for those making submissions who are under the age of 18. If a submission is made, and the person submitting has checked off YES on both submission requirements, Agents of Change Publishing assumes that the person making the submission has received consent if required.

Privacy
We will not sell, trade, or rent any of your personal information. We will not reveal or disclose any personal information, unless we are required by law to do so.

Plagiarism
All submissions must be the original work and sole property of the person making the submission. Do not submit any copyrighted materials other than your own, or if you have written permission to do so, and if this permission is provided to AOCP along with your submission. Otherwise, only submit your own words. Do not plagiarize.

Censorship
AOCP assumes that you will use good judgment in terms of your submissions to us. We do not want to censor your input, but if required, we will. Submissions must not violate the rights of any third parties; including copyrights, rights of privacy, or rights of publicity. Submissions must not be defamatory. AOCP we may edit a submission for length and grammar. All decisions regarding censorship are determined solely by AOCP.

Ownership

We will do our best to read all of the submissions. AOCP reserves the sole right and discretion, to reject any submission that it deems inappropriate for any reason.

Persons tendering a submission hereby agree and confirm that AOCP has the right to copy, rewrite, revise, edit, publish, promote, broadcast, and otherwise use in whole or in part in perpetuity, their submissions in any manner without further permission, notice or compensation. AOCP is under no obligation, and shall not be subject to any liability, in the event the book or web site is not published by AOCP. By making a submission to AOCP, persons grant to AOCP, the right to use their submission for any analysis, reporting, advertising, promotional, trade or any other purpose without further compensation or permission, except, where prohibited by law.

Compensation
No prizes, payment or compensation of any kind shall be awarded to persons making a submissions to AOCP.

Liability
AOCP is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) lost, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or postage-due submissions; (ii) any direct or indirect consequential loss or damage arising from the foregoing or otherwise; Or, (iii) any printing, editorial or typographical errors in any materials associated with your submission; or (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or arising from your submission to AOCP. Persons tendering a submission further release AOCP from any liability for claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or the violation of any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright infringement.

Dispute
Any dispute arising from this submission and its potential use will be determined according to the laws of the Province of Manitoba.
